From New Orleans, comes this cool cutter funk Band.
Chocolate Milk was a great self contained band coming out of New Orleans, LA after putting out 7 albums from their RCA label from 1975 to 1982 and the group were disbanded and later disappear from the music industry in 1983.
In 1977, We’re All In This Together containing the all time funk classic “Girl Callin'” later sampled by W.C. and the Maad Circle entitled “The One” from Curb Servin’ in 1995. In 1981, Blue Jeans was released containing 3 hit singles “Blue Jeans”, “Let’s Go All The Way” and “Honey Bun” made originally made for radio air play only. In 1982, the group released their final album of the 80’s.
The Follow Up LP: “Friction” containing 2 smash singles
“Who’s Getting It Now” and “Take It Off”.
This CD is newly Re-Mastered from the Original Master Tapes.
