All orders are processed within 3 working day of recieving the order, All items shown on the website are in stock, the only items that will not be in stock are titles that are on pre sale, the pre sale items will give full information on date of releases and preorder shipping dates. We offer preorders to all of our customers at a reduced rate, this gives you a lower price and also guarantees you a copy of the release.

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt and obtain a full refund provided it is in its original condition and can be sold again.
You can always return an item if it is faulty.
